  • 2 cans Refrigerated canned biscuits
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices Halved for even distribution
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded For gooey texture

  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted For rich taste
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning Aromatic herb blend
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping

Preparation

  • Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Open the biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into four pieces.
  • Slice the pepperoni pieces in half for even distribution.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, melted butter, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Toss until coated.

Baking

  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and press down gently to fill gaps.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes, covering with foil during the last 10 minutes.
  • Turn the bundt pan onto a plate and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

For healthier alternatives, consider low-sugar canned biscuits, dairy-free cheese, or turkey/chicken pepperoni. Ensure uniform coating in butter to avoid dryness.
