Preparation

  • Slice each peach into eighths and carefully peel each section.
  • In a food processor, add the peach slices and caster sugar. Blend until completely smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container, spread it evenly, and cover tightly.
  • Freeze for 6 to 7 hours until firm yet scoopable.
