  • Arrange the coated mozzarella sticks on a plate and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Frying

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 375°F.
  • Carefully fry each mozzarella stick for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  • Transfer finished sticks to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately.

For healthier alternatives, use almond flour and dairy-free mozzarella, or try air frying instead of deep frying. Common mistakes include overbaking and ensuring the oil is hot enough before frying.
