  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle flour over the vegetables, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
  • Gradually add milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Return the kielbasa and beans to the pot, and stir to combine.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and ground sage.
  • Simmer gently for 15 minutes, adjusting consistency with milk and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Allow the soup to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
