Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the brie wheel in the center of a small oven-safe baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine chopped dried figs, honey, and chopped pecans. Stir thoroughly. Fold in finely minced fresh rosemary.
  • Spoon the fig and nut mixture onto the brie, letting it spill over the edges.

Baking

  • Slide the dish into the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until gooey and golden brown.
  • Use a spatula to transfer to a serving board and present with baguette slices or crackers.

Notes

Keep an eye on the brie while baking to prevent overbaking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated gently.
