Instructions
- Begin by preparing your glass. Take a cocktail glass and rim it with crushed salted pretzels.
- Dip the rim into caramel sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated, then roll it into the pretzel crumbs.
- In a blender, combine the white rum (if using), coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
- Blend these ingredients until velvety smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared glass.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the drink.
