- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for coating)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the raspberries and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add the melted chocolate to your cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs evenly.
- Form small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the balls in the freezer for at least 60 minutes until firm.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate chips.
- Dip each firm cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll them in crushed graham crackers and place on the tray.
- Return to the freezer for 15 minutes to set the coating.
