- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
- Combine the dry ingredients by folding in flour and salt, then add chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
- Shape the dough into logs or discs, wrap in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Bake the cookies on a parchment-lined sheet for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for a richer taste. Optional: sprinkle sea salt over the drizzle.
