Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients by folding in flour and salt, then add chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
  4. Shape the dough into logs or discs, wrap in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  6. Bake the cookies on a parchment-lined sheet for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
  8. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
