- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat and browning the ground beef until it’s fully cooked. Don’t forget to drain the fat.
- Next, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until tender and fragrant.
- Once the beef and vegetable mixture is complete, transfer it to your slow cooker.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, canned diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover your slow cooker and cook on low for 240 minutes.
- After 240 minutes, add the uncooked mostaccioli pasta to the slow cooker, ensuring it is well-coated with the sauce.
- Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 60 minutes on low.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
