- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Cups Pecans, chopped fine
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, fresh, chopped
- Crackers for serving
Instructions
- Start by finely chopping the pecans and setting them aside.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, including the softened cream cheese, cheese spread, grated cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and a portion of the chopped pecans.
- Stir the mixture together until it transforms into a smooth and cohesive blend.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape and wrap it tightly in a large piece of saran wrap.
- Place the wrapped ball in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
- Mix the reserved chopped pecans and parsley together on a plate.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it gently in the nut and herb mixture.
- Serve it immediately or allow it to rest in the fridge for a couple of hours with crackers for dipping.
