Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Jar Old English Cheese Spread
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cups Pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Start by finely chopping the pecans and setting them aside.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, including the softened cream cheese, cheese spread, grated cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and a portion of the chopped pecans.
  3. Stir the mixture together until it transforms into a smooth and cohesive blend.
  4. Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape and wrap it tightly in a large piece of saran wrap.
  5. Place the wrapped ball in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Mix the reserved chopped pecans and parsley together on a plate.
  7. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it gently in the nut and herb mixture.
  8. Serve it immediately or allow it to rest in the fridge for a couple of hours with crackers for dipping.
