- 8 medium peaches, sliced (about 8 cups)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
- A pinch of cinnamon sugar
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and butter a 9×13 pan.
- Toss the sliced peaches with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Pour the peach mixture into the prepared pan.
- Evenly spread the dry cake mix over the peach filling.
- Pour the melted butter over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar over the top.
- Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
