Ingredients

- 2 oz Malibu rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Whipped cream
- 1 oz Malibu rum (for frosting, optional)
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine 2 oz Malibu rum, 1 oz coconut cream, 6 oz fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Whip the whipped cream until soft peaks form.
- Add 1 oz Malibu rum into the cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon the Malibu frosting generously on top of the drink.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
- Serve immediately to enjoy.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute coconut cream with light coconut milk or skip the frosting. Use chilled ingredients for best results.
