- 1 oz coconut cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice

Instructions
- Begin by adding 2 oz of Malibu rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup of fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup of crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended drink into a chilled glass.
- Mix whipped cream with 1 oz of Malibu rum for the frosting.
- Spoon a dollop of the frosting onto the drink.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
For a virgin version, replace Malibu rum with coconut water. Use frozen strawberries for a colder texture.
