Ingredients

  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice

  • 1 oz Malibu rum (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding 2 oz of Malibu rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup of fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup of crushed ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the blended drink into a chilled glass.
  4. Mix whipped cream with 1 oz of Malibu rum for the frosting.
  5. Spoon a dollop of the frosting onto the drink.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes

For a virgin version, replace Malibu rum with coconut water. Use frozen strawberries for a colder texture.
