Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake, crunchy Oreo cookies, and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Extra Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of serving cups or jars and press down gently.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the serving cups over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  6. Top each cup with chopped strawberries and extra Oreo cookies for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending. You can also try using chocolate Oreo crumbs for an extra chocolatey flavor.
