- 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- Extra Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of serving cups or jars and press down gently.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the serving cups over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Top each cup with chopped strawberries and extra Oreo cookies for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending. You can also try using chocolate Oreo crumbs for an extra chocolatey flavor.
