  • 1/2 cup granola or crushed cereal
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press about a tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin well, creating a crust.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and fragrant, then cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
