Description

A delightful dessert blending creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries atop a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool in the pan until room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  10. Combine diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  11. Top the chilled cheesecake with the strawberry mixture and slice into squares to serve.
