- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 4 Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 Shallot, small, finely minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, pour in the melted unsalted butter.
- Once your butter is melted, finely mince the garlic and shallots.
- Add them to the melted butter and stir well to combine.
- Next, whisk in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Finely chop the parsley, thyme, and chives, and add them to the butter mixture.
- Finally, pour the vibrant sauce into ramekins and it’s ready to serve!
Notes
For enhanced flavor, sauté the garlic and shallots briefly before combining. Adjust seasoning to taste.
