Description

The ultimate companion for grilled steaks, this sauce enhances each bite with rich and zesty flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 Garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 Shallot, small, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, pour in the melted unsalted butter.
  2. Once your butter is melted, finely mince the garlic and shallots.
  3. Add them to the melted butter and stir well to combine.
  4. Next, whisk in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Finely chop the parsley, thyme, and chives, and add them to the butter mixture.
  6. Finally, pour the vibrant sauce into ramekins and it’s ready to serve!

Notes

For enhanced flavor, sauté the garlic and shallots briefly before combining. Adjust seasoning to taste.
