- 3/4 cup dried black raisins, seedless

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until the mixture turns light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and blend until fully combined.
- Whisk together the flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
- Drop scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
