- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

- 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, halved
Instructions
- Prepare the avocado mixture: Cut the ripe avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl, adding lime juice, salt, and pepper. Using a fork, gently smash the avocados until you reach your desired texture.
- Mix the toppings: In a separate bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro. Drizzle in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Toast the bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toast for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Rub the toasted side with the garlic clove afterward.
- Assemble the bruschetta: Spread the smashed avocado mixture over each piece of toasted bread, then top with the tomato and onion mixture.
- Serve: Arrange on a platter and garnish with additional cilantro leaves if desired. Enjoy immediately!
