Instructions
- Begin by cooking the beef sausage in a large pot over medium heat until it’s beautifully browned.

- Add the cream cheese to the pot, stirring until it melts and is thoroughly incorporated.
- Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste before taking it off the heat.
