- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until it reaches a gentle boil (about 3-4 minutes).
- Pour the melted toffee evenly over the crackers and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, until bubbling.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted white chocolate over the warm toffee layer.
- Sprinkle the toasted pecans and flaky sea salt on top.
- Let cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
