Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Pound the chicken to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Crush Ritz crackers until they resemble sand.
  4. Mix cracker crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
  5. Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
  6. Press the chicken into the cracker mix.
  7. Place chicken in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Dot with butter cubes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch.
  11. Spoon melted butter over the chicken before serving.
