- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Pound the chicken to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Crush Ritz crackers until they resemble sand.
- Mix cracker crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
- Press the chicken into the cracker mix.
- Place chicken in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Dot with butter cubes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch.
- Spoon melted butter over the chicken before serving.
