  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle the red snapper fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Lay the fillets gently in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic in the same skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in diced tomatoes, Creole seasoning, thyme, salt, and pepper, letting it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Introduce heavy cream and stir gently to create a creamy sauce.
  8. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  9. Return the cooked red snapper fillets to the skillet and spoon sauce over them, heating for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
