Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares, about 3 inches in size.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon a generous dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each puff pastry square.
- Top the cream cheese with a small dollop of raspberry jam.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal with the beaten egg.
- Place the filled pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
