  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares, about 3 inches in size.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon a generous dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each puff pastry square.
