Description

Decadent cupcakes filled with a luscious molten center of raspberry jam and rich chocolate that oozes with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Beat together sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
  5. Spoon the chocolate batter into cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
  6. Add a generous teaspoon of raspberry jam into the center of each cupcake.
  7. Sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips on top of the jam.
  8. Cover with more batter, filling the liners about three-quarters full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain gooey.
  10. Let cupcakes cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Don’t overbake for that perfect gooey center.
