Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat together sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
- Spoon the chocolate batter into cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
- Add a generous teaspoon of raspberry jam into the center of each cupcake.
- Sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips on top of the jam.
- Cover with more batter, filling the liners about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain gooey.
- Let cupcakes cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Don’t overbake for that perfect gooey center.
