- 1 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Fold in the chopped raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra raspberry flavor, add a teaspoon of raspberry extract to the dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for chewier cookies.
