Description

A visually striking and utterly delicious dessert drink that combines fresh raspberries, creamy vanilla ice cream, and graham cracker crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberry sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 graham cracker
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 46 mini cheesecake slices
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • A few extra graham cracker crumbs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Start by making the raspberry sauce. In a small saucepan, combine fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, continuously stirring until the raspberries break down, and the mixture thickens (about 8-10 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Prepare the freakshake mixture by blending vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and 1/2 cup of raspberry sauce until smooth and creamy.
  3. Take your favorite tall glasses and drizzle raspberry jam along the inside. Pour the milkshake mixture into the glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spoon whipped cream over each shake.
  5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream, and place a mini cheesecake slice on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and extra graham cracker crumbs. Serve with a straw and a spoon.

Notes

For a tangier flavor, add more lemon juice to the raspberry sauce or substitute vanilla ice cream with cheesecake ice cream for richer flavor.
