- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place small mounds of shredded cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
- Flatten each cheese mound slightly to form discs.
- Top each mound with a slice of pepperoni.
- Bake for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
