- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess liquid using a kitchen towel.
- Combine grated potatoes, eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Season beef with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; remove from heat to cool.
- Flatten a handful of potato mixture into a pancake, add beef filling, and top with cheese.
- Encase the filling with another layer of potato mixture, sealing the edges.
- Heat oil and fry pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
