- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- ¾ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 30–40 mini pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil spray or brush
- Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cut your tortillas into triangle wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray the chips with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each tortilla chip.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Add 2-3 mini pepperoni slices per chip.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.
- If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
