Ingredients

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • ¾ cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3040 mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray or brush
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your tortillas into triangle wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Lightly brush or spray the chips with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  4. Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each tortilla chip.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Add 2-3 mini pepperoni slices per chip.
