Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, pistachio paste, vanilla extract, almond extract, and whole milk until smooth.
- Whisk in the heavy cream until well incorporated.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring (if desired) and stir until evenly distributed.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 240 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically around 20-30 minutes.
- Fold in the chopped roasted pistachios and graham cracker crumbs.
- Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, about 240-360 minutes or overnight.
