Description

Delight in a fusion of rich, fudgy brownies layered with creamy pistachio cheesecake for an irresistible dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pistachio butter or ground pistachios
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, water, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, pistachio butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Spoon the pistachio cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl together.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
