- 1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup pistachio butter or ground pistachios
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, water, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, pistachio butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon the pistachio cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl together.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
