- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup pink lemonade concentrate, thawed

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (if needed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Combine the lemon cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pink lemonade concentrate and lemon zest, and mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes completely.
- Beat the softened butter until creamy in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fine.
- Incorporate the pink lemonade concentrate and mix until fluffy. Add milk as needed for consistency.
- Frost each cupcake with the lemonade frosting and garnish with lemon slices or sprinkles as desired.
Notes
