  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate
  • 12 tablespoons milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Combine the lemon cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the pink lemonade concentrate and lemon zest, and mix until smooth.
