  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and undrained crushed pineapple in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  6. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
