- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef.
- Cook until browned, about 7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and green bell pepper; sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, followed by salt and black pepper.
- Add the beef broth and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Mix in shredded provolone until melted.
- Spoon the mixture onto warmed hamburger buns and serve.
