- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Add cream cheese and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
