- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll Out the Dough: Punch down the risen dough, roll it into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread ricotta over the dough, drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni and olives.
- Bake It: Slide the pizza into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
