Description

A velvety peanut butter pie with a rich, creamy filling and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  2. Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese to a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, spreading evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Chill thoroughly before slicing for best presentation.
