- 2 tbsp peach puree (or fresh peach juice)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the softened butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition and stirring in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture in three parts, alternating with the sour cream and milk.
- Stir in the peach puree gently until just combined.
- Divide the cupcake batter among the lined muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Beat together the frosting ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
- Pipe or spread the peach frosting onto cooled cupcakes and decorate if desired.
