Description

Delightful fusion of peach cobbler and cheesecake in a light, fluffy donut topped with a creamy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup canned peach pie filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the cinnamon and peach pie filling.
  6. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each well about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Make the glaze by beating the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the cheesecake glaze.
