- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup canned peach pie filling
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the cinnamon and peach pie filling.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each well about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Make the glaze by beating the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the cheesecake glaze.
