Instructions

- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing chopped green onions, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the rested dough into small portions and roll each into flat circles about 6 inches in diameter.
- Sprinkle the spinach and green onion mixture generously over each circle.
- Fold the dough in half to enclose the filling and roll it out slightly.
