Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing chopped green onions, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Divide the rested dough into small portions and roll each into flat circles about 6 inches in diameter.
  7. Sprinkle the spinach and green onion mixture generously over each circle.
  8. Fold the dough in half to enclose the filling and roll it out slightly.
  9. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the flatbreads one at a time.
  10. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
