- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ cup beef broth
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add 1 lb ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
- Stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in ½ cup of beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 8 ounces of pasta and cover the pot, cooking according to package instructions (10-12 minutes).
- Stir occasionally while cooking.
- Once the pasta is al dente, fold in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
