Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden.
  4. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold in the Nutella until combined.
  7. Spread the Nutella cream filling on one half of each crepe, then fold to seal.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries or extra Nutella.
