This incredibly easy no churn vanilla ice cream recipe delivers pure, creamy bliss without requiring any special equipment.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Chill mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Beat the heavy cream in the chilled bowl on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, pure vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  4. Gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
