Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreos in a food processor and mix with the melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Make the Filling: Beat together cream cheese, 200 grams of Nutella, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Combine: Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Add Drizzle: Melt the remaining 150 grams of Nutella and drizzle over the filling.
- Garnish: Crush 4 Oreos and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
