- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&Ms or similar candy
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)
- 1/2 cup M&Ms (for topping)
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix in the heat-treated flour and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms, then set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Press half of the cookie dough mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the cookie dough base.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough mixture on top.
- Top with the rest of the cheesecake filling and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the pan and top with mini chocolate chips and M&Ms; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Chill thoroughly for perfect slices.
