A whimsical dessert that combines the joy of cookie dough with creamy cheesecake, featuring M&Ms and chocolate chips for a playful crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms or similar candy
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms (for topping)
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Mix in the heat-treated flour and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms, then set aside.
  4. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Press half of the cookie dough mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
  7. Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the cookie dough base.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough mixture on top.
  9. Top with the rest of the cheesecake filling and smooth it out.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Remove from the pan and top with mini chocolate chips and M&Ms; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  12. Slice and serve.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Chill thoroughly for perfect slices.
