Delicious croissant rolls filled with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacks or a quick meal.

- 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
- Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each croissant from the wide end to the point.
- Arrange the croissants on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for a minute before serving with marinara sauce.
Notes
Consider adding garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra kick. You can also substitute pepperoni with salami or add vegetables.
