Description

Delicious croissant rolls filled with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacks or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each croissant from the wide end to the point.
  5. Arrange the croissants on the baking sheet with space between them.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a minute before serving with marinara sauce.

Notes

Consider adding garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra kick. You can also substitute pepperoni with salami or add vegetables.
