- 1 loaf of crusty French bread
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Combine softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella followed by grated parmesan over the garlic butter.
- Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley once out of the oven, slice, and serve warm.
