- 2 cups mint chocolate fudge, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and slightly set.
- Set aside to cool.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, blending until fully integrated.
- Pour in the heavy cream, mixing until fluffy.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
- Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the cooled crust.
- Pour the melted mint chocolate fudge over the cheesecake layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top generously with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed mint chocolate candies if desired.
