Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the strong, cooled coffee with the dulce de leche until smooth.
  2. Whip the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee mixture and arrange half in a dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone, finishing with mascarpone.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
