- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1 package ladyfingers

Instructions
- Mix the strong, cooled coffee with the dulce de leche until smooth.
- Whip the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee mixture and arrange half in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone, finishing with mascarpone.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
- Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
